The actualization of these Values is expected to be a particular standard for the Management Team, Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners and all employees in performing their daily duties by implementing standards of conduct within interactions with other employees, shareholders or boards of directors, suppliers, partners, customers and clients, as well as local government officials.

This Code of Conduct of the Company calls for the board of directors and all employees to:

• Improving accountability, transparency and compliance with laws and regulations prevailing in the Company as well as local laws and regulations;
• Perform high-level professional duties and integrity;
• Avoid giving or receiving gifts and bribes from partners, clients, customers, suppliers, other companies as well as government officials; Avoid activities that may create a conflict of interest with work; and
• Protecting the Company's information as well as the clients’ information, either during work or after not working in the Company The Code of Conduct should be socialized regularly to all parts of the Company, and all employees who are working as well as those new to work must sign the Code of Conduct at least once every two years.

Every employee knows that in the event of a violation of the Code of Conduct, the Company will take disciplinary action including termination of employment.

In addition, the Code of Conduct is also periodically reviewed and updated to ensure its alignment with the purpose of enforcing the Code of Conduct, which are for:

• Integrate the Company's values into ethical business practices that employees undertake to align with the Company's vision and mission.
• Clearly describe the Company's values and behaviors to be followed by all employees and perform their daily duties and responsibilities.
• Provide basic guidance for all levels of employees within the Company regarding interactions between the Company and its employees, shareholders, suppliers, Government and other stakeholders.
